What to include
When contacting us about a deal or voucher, please include the DealNab page address, the retailer name, what went wrong and when you noticed the issue. Please do not send payment card details, passwords or other sensitive information.
Retailer customer service
DealNab does not process orders, payments, deliveries or returns. For help with a purchase, contact the retailer shown on your order confirmation.
